Hello!

Anyone who knows me will tell you I have a mild obsession with birds. When I have a free afternoon, I can be found outside with a pair of binoculars and my camera. I recently drove across state lines because I heard others were spotting a species I hadn’t seen in the wild. So you could say I’m obsessed.

Luckily, my passion for birds overlaps with my day-to-day responsibilities as a graduate student at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. In the spring and summer, I get to help out with the local Audubon chapter banding chicks and posting signs to inform the public about the nesting season. While the main focus of my photography is birds, I branch out once in a blue moon for landscapes or other wildlife. Hope you enjoy!
